- 18歳以上であること
- 正直で誠実であること
- DRE指定の教育機関で、法律によって必要と定められた不動産学習コースを終了すること
- コミッショナーの指示する申込フォームより州試験に申し込むこと
- 州試験に合格すること
- Conditional License（１８ヶ月有効の仮の免許） 発行後、4年以内にReal Estate Practice を含む二科目の学習コースを終了しCertificate（終了証）カリフォルニア州不動産局(

DRE指定の申込フォーム（RE400A)にて申し込みます。試験日は申込から3週間前後に決定し連絡が来ます。試験は水曜日を除く平日に行われます。しかし試験日は、試験会場によっては混雑しており、申込から3ヵ月後と言うこともありますので確実に希望日にテストを受けれるとは限りません。
試験の申込に関しては、アクセスカリフォルニアにご相談下さい。もちろん無料にてアドバイス、申込手続きの方いたします。
