- 18歳以上であること
- 正直で誠実であること
- DRE指定の教育機関で、法律によって必要と定められた不動産学習コースを終了すること。
- コミッショナーの指示する申込フォームより州試験に申し込むこと
- 州試験に合格すること
- 現在より過去5年間の間にセールスパーソンとしての２年間の実務を経験を有する者、それと同等とみなされる経験を有する者、４年制大学を卒業した者、１年間セールスパーソンの実務をつむと共に２年生大学を卒業した者。

ブローカー資格の受験には、州試験申込時に必須科目５科目、選択科目３科目のCertificate（修了証）が必要です。州試験合格後、申請することにより免許が発行されます。
アクセスカリフォルニアでは、全ての基本となる Real Estate Principles を学んだ後に、残り七科目に関して、学んでいただきます。もちろん、アクセスカリフォルニアでは、いずれの科目ももCertificate（修了証）が発行されるコースになっております。 |

カリフォルニア州不動産局（以下 DRE ）指定の申込フォーム（RE400B)にて申し込みます。試験日は申込から3週間前後に決定し連絡が来ます。試験は水曜日、もしくは必要と思われる平日に行われます。試験日、試験会場は、変更される恐れがある為随時チェックが必要です。
試験の申込に関しては、アクセスカリフォルニアにご相談下さい。もちろん無料にてアドバイス、申込手続きの方いたします。
